Then, you will savor the complexity of the Chardonnay from our various appellations in the Mâconnais region.

Through a tour of our winery located in the heart of a fully renovated 12th-century Romanesque church, we will share with you all the expertise involved in the production of characteristic white wines from Southern Burgundy. During this visit, we will explore the aromatic diversity that oak barrel aging can bring and discuss the concept of terroir with a parcel-specific cuvée.

To better grasp the complexity of the wine we are tasting, there’s nothing better than going to its origins! We will take you to explore the vineyard to understand the concepts of soil and terroir among the most diverse in Burgundy. Then we will visit the winery located in the heart of a fully renovated 12th-century Romanesque church, where we will take the time to taste six wines, including three Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru. These wines have always been vinified separately by Maison Auvigue, which has recognized the exceptional richness of these parcels.
