The Domaines Auvigue have a long history at the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation in its favorite terroir of Mâconnais, with a vineyard nestled in the village of Chardonnay. Since 2019, the Auvigue Estates have been located in the former Romanesque church of Fuissé, which has been fully renovated. A true cathedral of wine, this place is one of the most unique in Burgundy, located just a stone's throw from the Roche de Solutré. The thick stone walls of this 12th-century building still reveal the pointed arches, dome, and paintings, making it a true showcase for the estate's white wines.
