During the Immersion Tasting, you will taste 5 wines including 3 Villages and 2 Premiers Crus appellations. Our sommelier will guide you throughout this tasting with his best advice and comments.

During the ExceptionTasting, you will taste 6 wines including 3 Villages, 2 Premiers Crus and 1 Grand Cru appellations. Our sommelier will guide you throughout this tasting with his best advice and comments.

If you'd like to gain confidence in your wine-tasting skills, come along to our workshop. The sommelier will guide you through his introductory tasting course. By approaching one of our white wines as well as one of our red wines, you will gradually understand the logical reasoning and subtle art of tasting, in a relaxed atmosphere. The sommelier will share his best anecdotes with you, as well as his advice on serving and storing your wine. Afterwards, you will visit our Manoir and our historic cellars dating back to the 18ᵉ century.

Through a sensory analysis of one of our white wines and one of our red wines, you will understand the main principles and subtleties of food and wine pairing. Now let's get practical! We'll set off in search of the perfect match between food and wine. The sommelier will take you step by step through the creation of an aperitif based on the two wines you have tasted.

During this bucolic walk, you will visit 3 of our vineyards, located in the emblematic villages of Meursault, Volnay and Monthélie. Through these landscapes, we'll introduce you to the history and cultural richness of the climats de Bourgogne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the rhythm of work in the vineyards and the main principles of biodynamic viticulture. From plot to plot, you'll discover these 3 unique terroirs, as well as their specific geological features and the origin of their names. We'll invite you to taste the wines from these vineyards, guiding you with tasting notes and serving advice. We will have the pleasure of continuing our experience by driving to Le Manoir in Meursault to present the history of our wineries and show you around our 18ᵉ century cellars.
