For four generations, Domaine Dubois has been welcoming you to experience something truly unique and enriching. Discover the Burgundy terroirs through: - A presentation of Burgundy’s wine region, its grape varieties, and the hierarchy of appellations. - A guided tour of our facilities, with clear explanations of the different stages of winemaking (vinification, wine aging, bottling, etc.). - A tasting of around ten wines showcasing how the terroir shapes our Burgundy wines. By the end of your visit, you’ll hold the keys to Burgundy’s winemaking expertise.
