This experience will allow you to explore all my appellations, offering a complete overview of my work and my terroir. We'll start with the Bourgogne Aligoté, before moving on to taste my Pernand-Vergelesses, both red and white. You'll then have the chance to taste my Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines, including the Corton-Charlemagne and the Corton Grand Cru from the ‘Les Renardes’ climat. During this tasting, you'll be able to compare at least two different vintages, which will give you an idea of how my wines have evolved over time. To add a touch of surprise, I'll also include a mystery wine that I hope will pique your curiosity. This tasting, which is more comprehensive than my usual discovery offer, gives you a great opportunity to learn more about my wines. I'll be delighted to share my experience with you and answer any questions you may have.

Dear wine lovers, I would like to inform you that our traditional ‘vintages and casks’ tasting will be temporarily suspended in 2025. Due to a low harvest for the 2024 vintage, I have had to adapt the tasting programme. However, I'm pleased to be able to offer you a new, more comprehensive tasting experience, which will enable you to discover all my appellations through different vintages. This adaptation will enable us to continue to offer you a quality experience while preserving our precious reserves. I thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon to share the treasures of my estate with you. Take the time to explore my emblematic cuvées in an intimate and immersive setting. This experience begins with an appetizer featuring a Bourgogne Aligoté, followed by Pernand-Vergelesses red and white, a Premier Cru, and finally a Grand Cru, all presented from barrels for a unique sensory experience.
