Our history
Maison Ambroise is a family estate located in Côte de Nuits, at the heart of the village of Premeaux-Prissey, for five generations.
Since the 18th century, the family has owned plots in Côte de Nuits. Ludivine and her brother François are currently at the helm of the Domaine after studying at the viticultural school in Beaune. François also studied at the viticultural school in Avize, Champagne.
They cultivate around twenty hectares spread between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits.
The plots are mainly located in Premeaux-Prissey and Nuits St Georges.
Certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) since 2020, they practice sustainable agriculture, working the land with respect and passion while preserving biodiversity. This expertise results in healthy, ripe, and high-quality grapes.
The wines reveal all the finesse, generosity, and grandeur of the great Burgundy terroirs.
You can discover part of their range in white, red, or sparkling wines, covering all four levels of appellation, from regional to grand cru: from the appellation Coteaux Bourguignons or Bourgogne Côte d'Or, to Nuits-Saint-Georges and its premier crus.
