Our history
In 2010, Baptiste's adventure begins. He takes over the declining family estate (which stopped bottling in 1996 and sold off many vineyard parcels). In the 1980s, the original estate owned nearly 20 hectares of Beaune 1st Cru. By 2010, only 2.5 hectares remained.
The year 2010 allows Baptiste to settle in and take over the family domain. In 2011, vineyards under lease are found in the municipality of Pernand-Vergelesses, allowing for the first vinification of 7,000 bottles. The rest of the harvest is sold to merchants to finance the purchase of new viticulture and vinification equipment. Everything had been obsolete and not maintained since 1996. These vineyards enable Baptiste's domain to reach 4.5 hectares.
To increase the domain's surface area, the professional network is activated, and in 2016, vineyards in the municipalities of Pommard, Monthelie, and Volnay are taken over. Since then, the domain has reached 9 hectares and produces between 30,000 and 40,000 bottles.
On the ground, all work is monitored as the domain has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2020, a label allowing for full product traceability. Vine cultivation is carried out in a reasoned manner, with soil tillage, application of fertilizers, and treatments tailored to the vine's needs.
Since June 2023, we have been working in a new winery and new reception facilities. Come discover our premises and our story.
