Our history
In the heart of the old village of Gevrey-Chambertin, Domaine Quivy is located in a charming 18th-century mansion, complete with cellars, winemaking facilities, a tasting vault, and outbuildings. Built in 1710, these remarkably preserved wine buildings are listed as historical monuments. This 7-hectare vineyard estate consists of Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru, Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Le Corbeaux", Gevrey-Chambertin Villages, located in the upper part of the slope (Les Evocelles, En Champs, Les Journaux, Les Jeunes Rois, Les Croisettes, Les Créots...).
